From the supplier: The resignation of Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Asst Sec Roberta Achtenberg will not put an end to HUD's crackdown on alleged insurance industry redlining practices. Achtenberg spearheaded an effort to enforce the anti-redlining provisions of the Fair Housing Act, and the team she put together and the regulations she drafted are still in place. HUD will issue anti-redlining regulations to the insurance industry in the summer of 1995.
